Overseas Investment
Buka Solar PV Project in Uzbekistan, with a design capacity of 263 MW, is the first overseas?renewable energy project invested by China Datang. The project has been partially commissioned and is planned to be fully operational by October 2025. It is expected to generate an average annual electricity output of 540 GWh after commissioning.
Myanmar Dapein I Hydropower Project, with an installed capacity of 240MW, is the first overseas hydropower project invested and built by China Datang. On the second Belt and Road Energy Ministerial Conference, the project was awarded International Energy Cooperation Best Practice.

It will advance the China-Thailand-Laos Connectivity, help to turn Laos into ASEAN's energy hub and the 'battery' of Southeast Asia.
